SIGNATURE SERVICE. . . .
Central
Office provides the ability to order pre-signed certificates - of
particular value when the chapter has larger groups of new members or
several inductions throughout the year. Two approaches are
possible: (1) just the faculty adviser's signature, which doesn't have
to be changed very often, or (2) also include the chapter president and
secretary. The cost of this service is $50 each time we set
up or modify a special template for your chapter.
SEND
SIGNATURES:
Naturally, the chosen number of signatures has to be sent to
us: preferably emailed as graphic attachments files. Please
identify each signature with the title of the position.
If you cannot provide graphic
files, we can scan a clean hardcopy, but not a fax. Mail the
hardcopy to us with each signature on a separate page,
please. Over-sized signatures will provide the sharpest image
as we reduce them.
EMAIL THE REQUEST:
Even though you might mail us hardcopy, we need an email
from the Faculty Adviser to serve as an order form and authorization to
invoice.
A sample certificate will be printed, scanned, and
emailed to you as a PDF for your review and approval.
Remember:
If you include the chapter officers, then the signatures may need to be
renewed each time the positions change. This will incur the
same $50 charge.
We provide this service only where the economics
vs the logistics of three people signing a stack of certificates makes
sense to the chapter.
