Establishing a New Chapter:
  We have documented the complete process in a Word document whose final page contains a copy of the petition that you can modify and print on the stationery of your school.

Creating a Co-Chapter:
  This assumes that your institution already has a DMD Chapter, but that you have another campus or other student body to serve.  More details can be found on the Faculty Adviser page.
